Lolita London Adventures: Kyra's XX birthday!

Hello my lovely readers!
I hope you are looking forward to weekend, I am! I need some rest and to wear Lolita again :3

Today I would like to tell you about my last week's weekend trip to London for my friend's birthday party. I was very happy I could come and visit Kyra and her fiance Dom, and be able to stay over at their cosy little flat for whole weekend.

Kyra booked table at the very fancy restaurant at the Marylebone Hotel. I think she has a gift for finding nice and posh restaurants! :3

We all had afternoon tea sets, I chose the Vintage version but I regretted it straight after I saw the Gentleman's version with tiny steak and snail sandwiches. I need to try them next time!

I was the only one who asked for plain scones! Our afternoon tea also included a free flowing proseco and I really mean free flowing. I think I got a bit tipsy at the end because the waiter was constantly topping up my glass, sometimes even without me noticing it!

After meal we decided to take some photos in the sofa area.

My coord:
JSK: Juliette et Justine "Catre du Chat"
Blouse: Baby the Stars Shine Bright
Tights: Juliette et Justine
Headpiece: handmade
Shoes: off brand

Selfie with happy Kyra!

I also finally personally met sweet Felicity. So weird because I knew her from friend's photos,
and I also bought dress from her, but somehow we never actually talked!
She is such a sweet lady! <3

Felicity's hair pieces always amaze me!

After tea, we went for couple of drinks where we met with Aliki and we took some more crazy photos!

Nom, nom cocktails.....

Nom nom Maja's arm...... wait what? :P

Maja's dress next to mine :)

My cat Kai looks exactly like the cat on Juliette et Justine's dress! <3

We all got a bit hungry after cocktails so we headed up to the China Town. Call me crazy but I have never been to China Town before! Dom took us to one of their favourite little stalls with savoury pancakes. They were delicious! I got pancake with eggs, chives, weird sauce and fried squid! Nom nom yummy squid :3

On the second day Sunday, Kyra and Dom took me out for a wonder around London. We were very hungry after previous night's partying and we went to a small sushi restaurant. I think it was the yummiest sushi I ever had!

Afterwards we went out for a quick wonder at the local art market.

There was one stall with amazing paintings. Check out this lovely fox lady wearing victorian dress!
It would look so good on classic Lolita dress :)

Cute meringues!

I was still full after all you can eat sushi, but I can never say no to good ice cream, especially Italian ones! We went to very nice ice cream parlour, Amorino.

They also had macarons filled with ice cream!

I really enjoyed staying with Kyra and her fiance. They are one of the nicest and funniest people I know and I can't wait to see them again. I think next time it will be at their wedding.... :3 Hopefully I will be allowed to show you some photos from it! :)

I hope this post wasn't too long and bring for you!
Thank you all fr visiting my blog!

Axes Femme - for every day Classic Lolita

Hello my dear readers!
I have recently found something very cute on the Internet and this gave me idea for this post, to show you examples of items that you can incorporate into your every day classic Lolita coordinates and every day use items. I am devoted totally to classic Lolita style and I try to incorporate this style into my every day life and home surroundings.

One of the shop that allows me this is Axes Femme, Japanese brand which makes beautiful women's and children's clothes, full of lace, chiffon and pearls.

"In the era of golden age in Paris called “Belle Époque”, People dressed up elegantly and spent the fashionable lives. Like the art works of Toulouse-Lautrec, color of showgirl’s dress, the hem of frill, the luxury dress decorated with slender lace and embroidery spread into the mass. Beautiful but subtle, fleeting nuance has transformed into the modern style and now breathe in the axes femme."

Axes Femme offers affordable clothes and accessories which can be easily coordinated with classic Lolita coordinates, especially the every day ones. Here are some examples below:

Axes Femme usually offers romantic and very feminine blouses, cut sews and cardigans, especially the chiffon blouses which are usually very loliable! You can also find very nice jackets and winter coats (I couldn't find any examples now as it's not the winter season...), but you have to make sure the coats are long enough for Lolita skirt lenght.

Axes Femme is one of the best places in my opinion to get simple classic and very affordable (in comparison with Lolita brands!) accessories, from jewellery, umbrellas, gloves, bags, shoes and head wear. They offer headbands and lovely hats which I think should be coordinated more often with classic Lolita fashion. They just create this sweet lady look! <3

You can also find every day items here! Just look at those adorable perfume bottles, clocks and jewellery cases!

This is the item that made me write this post! I saw it couple of days ago and I fell in love! I know, it's just a simple lunch box but it's in shape of a book! With it you can make your lunch or bento classy and in Lolita style! How adorable!

There are two types of bento boxes available and you can coordinate your lunch with matching chopsticks and napkin! <3

I am devoted fan of Axes Femme! I have been in love with their products from the first moment I saw it and I have been purchasing more and more products from them. Some of the items get sold out very quickly, but luckily you can find great deals on second hand products on Yahoo or Mbook auction sites!

I really hope you all enjoyed this! I also hope that knowing this amazing shop will help you find items to make your Lolita coordinates original and unique, but most important a bit cheaper than from brand shops! :3

Thank you all for visiting my blog
